10% Commission payable to Travel Agents

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 10% is required on confirmation of your tour booking. A further 40% deposit is required at least 3 months prior to tour commencement. The outstanding balance is due at least a weeks before the tour commencement date. Your prompt response will ensure a speedy confirmation of your tour bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded as follows in case of all cancellations: 80% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 2 months in advance. 60% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 1 month in advance.

Cancellation after that will forfeit deposit.
